Full-Time / Remote / Mid-Sr-level

Who We Are

Headquartered in Oregon, Foureyes® is a remote-first company with 90+ employees in 16 states. We are privately owned and focused on the automotive vertical.

We're a software company that thinks about people first. With every innovation, we seek to put humans back in the starring role.

If this sounds like the kind of company you want to be a part of, there’s good news. We’re hiring for a Creative Content Designer!

Responsibilities

The Position

The Creative Content Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual narratives across all Foureyes marketing channels while maintaining brand consistency. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement visual design strategies aligned with Foureyes' brand guidelines
  • Design with strategic purpose, ensuring visuals enhance and communicate the narrative rather than simply decorating it
  • Own and develop both static and motion graphics for diverse marketing channels including social media, webinars, email/web banners, infographics, web pages, presentations, and one-pagers, including basic video editing.
  • Be able to translate data into intuitive, insightful visualizations that transform complex automotive industry data into accessible, compelling visual stories
  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate our visual brand, proposing and executing creative concepts that strengthen Foureyes' position in the automotive software market
  • Work closely with teammates and cross-departmental collaborators to ensure needed visuals work harmoniously with written elements to deliver powerful messages
  • Thrive in a fluid environment by quickly adapting designs and priorities as market conditions, business objectives, and campaign needs evolve

  • Balance multiple competing priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting tight deadlines
  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements and embrace new creative challenges with enthusiasm
  • Have a talent for balancing creativity with brand consistency and marketing effectiveness
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and quality standards

Bonus Skills:

  • Advanced motion graphics, animation, and video capabilities
  • Experience with interactive design and basic front-end development
  • Understanding of automotive industry or dealership operations

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of design experience, preferably in B2B technology marketing
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing strategic visual storytelling that drives business objectives
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
  • Experience with web design and responsive layouts
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-15% travel to industry events, including overnight travel
