Responsibilities

The Position

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for creating and executing multi-channel, B2B marketing programs that generate qualified leads and build pipeline within the automotive dealership industry. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong writing skills who can develop compelling content and strategic campaigns to drive measurable business results.

This manager will be responsible for orchestrating awareness, engagement, and conversion activations specifically with prospect dealerships. In this role, you will build, create, and implement campaigns across the prospect journey while working directly with the sales team to influence the entire buying process.

This role is for a marketing professional who gets energized by creating and building, not just planning and directing. You should be comfortable writing an email campaign in the morning, building the landing page by lunch, and analyzing results by end of day. While you'll have resources to outsource work, the creation begins and ends with your abilities to create, review and/or revise.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B demand-generation strategies aligned with revenue targets
  • Utilize an audience-centric approach to identify the unique needs and goals of potential customers that can be marketed against
  • Be a hunter who thrives in lead generation and pipeline development for the sales team, including regional and inside sales reps
  • Own the marketing funnel, including awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion via campaign development, execution, and optimization strategies and tactics
  • Write and manage the production of marketing content for email campaigns, social media, webinars, landing pages, research reports, nurture campaigns, sales enablement materials, digital advertising, and more.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social, display, retargeting) to drive qualified leads
  • Become a student of the industry and our solutions, maintaining a thorough understanding of automotive retail technology
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly pipeline and lead generation targets
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM to track all activities and measure campaign effectiveness

  • Build effective campaigns yourself from lead nurturing programs, and processes to deliver qualified opportunities mapped to sales and overall revenue goals
  • Possess strong writing and copywriting skills for creating persuasive B2B marketing content
  • Are skilled in developing multi-channel demand generation strategies for automotive industry decision-makers
  • Have a talent for understanding lead qualification criteria and implementing effective scoring methodologies
  • Break down complex marketing objectives into actionable campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • You are skilled in digital marketing, campaign management, and conversion optimization
  • You have exceptional analytical skills for measuring and improving campaign performance
  • You thrive with change agility in a fluid, fast-paced, scaling environment


Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states. AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, KY, MA, MD, MN, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, NC, and WA

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 DOE
