Responsibilities

Overview

As an Onboarding Manager at Foureyes, you are responsible for executing the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new customers. You ensure that each account is technically launched with accuracy, speed, and clear documentation—owning everything from configuration through go-live.

This role is focused on operational excellence: getting accounts live, setting users up, conducting system walk-throughs, and confirming readiness for handoff to the Customer Success team. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Data, and CS to deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience, but your role is not focused on ongoing strategy or account management.


Responsibilities:

You are accountable for the successful implementation and technical launch of

Foureyes accounts. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary project manager for new customer onboardings, from signed contract through go-live
  • Own the full onboarding workflow: kickoff scheduling, data integrations, account configuration, QA, user setup, and milestone tracking
  • Coordinate internally with Data, Product, and Support teams to complete
  • CRM, website, phone, and inventory integrations
  • Track all onboarding tasks and milestones using internal tools and systems
  • Host initial live walkthrough sessions (“click-path” training) to orient users on system basics and login access
  • Document account setup, known edge cases, and outstanding needs for a clean handoff to Customer Success
  • Surface blockers or delays early and escalate as needed to maintain project timelines
  • Maintain data hygiene and status updates in Salesforce or project tracking tools
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to identify onboarding workflow improvements and submit feedback for iteration
  • Support QA of onboarding outputs, ensuring all system connection and dashboards are fully functional before launch
  • Deliver a consistent, repeatable onboarding experience that reduces launch time and drives internal efficiency

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong project management and task execution skills
  • Clear, confident communicator with excellent organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable guiding customers through process steps without taking on a strategic consulting role
  • Ability to conduct structured training on defined workflows (“click-path” style)
  • High attention to detail with ability to QA integrations and setups
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple onboarding projects at once
  • Experience working in Salesforce, project management tools, and G-Suite
  • Bonus: familiarity with dealer tech stack components (CRM, inventory feeds, websites, call tracking)


Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, technical account management, or project coordination
  • SaaS or data integration experience preferred
  • Automotive industry experience a plus


Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states. AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, KY, MA, MI, MD, MN, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, and WA

Travel: Up to 5% (occasional onsite visits)

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $72,000 base, plus performance pay
