Responsibilities

We’re looking for a proactive, confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on conversation and loves the thrill of opening doors. You’ll be the first point of contact in our sales process, responsible for creating pipeline through outbound outreach and setting high-quality meetings for our sales team. This is a great role for someone who’s eager to break into tech sales and grow in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

• 📞 Execute Outbound Sequences – Reach out to prospective buyers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book meetings
• 🎯 Target the Right Accounts – Use provided account lists to research ICPs, identify key contacts, and tailor outreach
• 🛠️ Leverage Sales Tech – Work within Salesforce and sales engagement tools to manage cadences, track activity, and optimize results
• 🤝 Collaborate with Sales + Marketing – Share feedback from the field to improve messaging and uncover new opportunities

Why Foureyes

Base Salary: $50,000 - $56,000

OTE: $75,000 (uncapped)
