The Position
The Enterprise Account Manager is a critical role in managing named accounts within Foureyes’ developing enterprise segment. In this role, you will be responsible for both maintaining and growing relationships with strategic clients that are leveraging Foureyes' data to power and inform their own businesses. We are actively invested in enhancing our enterprise product offerings and you will work as part of a team to build out this segment of our business. You have a deep understanding of technology partners within the automotive vertical and are passionate about supporting them throughout the customer lifecycle: from onboarding to value realization to growth and expansion! You’re equally comfortable in business and technical conversations, from presenting to the C-suite to navigating more complicated opportunities with technical teams. This is a newer segment for Foureyes and a new role; we are looking for a builder who is hungry to develop the nuts and bolts of an out-of-this-world customer experience.
Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Work with Foureyes’ enterprise customers (includes auto vendors, agencies and industry partners) collaboratively, supporting them in defining and realizing success with Foureyes’ data solutions
- Perform regular Executive Business Reviews to ensure continued alignment with customer objectives and business changes
- Manage relationships across multiple key stakeholders within each assigned account, including both technical and business stakeholders
- Help define and build core processes and best practices related to enterprise account management
- Develop and build resources that will help us define and scale this new function and segment (ex. business review decks, onboarding materials, success plan templates)
- Be responsive to customer requests and work closely with the Support Team to ensure a high and consistent level of service
- Uncover opportunities for expansion and manage a pipeline of upsell opportunities within your $2 million+ book of business
- Project manage new enterprise customers through the onboarding process, ensuring customers move seamlessly through the process from kick-off to go live
- Develop and maintain success plans for each account within your book of business
- Report monthly on account health, risks and opportunities, for each account
- Work closely with product, ensuring the voice of the customer is actively considered in future development
- Be a point of escalation for technical issues and quarterback resolution across internal Foureyes teams
- Maintain documentation on customer use cases for Foureyes data partnering with Marketing to share insights that support external messaging
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 7+ years of experience in a client-facing and technology-focused role working with enterprise or complex clients
- 5+ years working within the auto industry for a SaaS company
- Strong stakeholder management skills across roles within a customer’s organization (from the C-suite to the user-level)
- Experience managing customer relationships independently and building/executing technical strategies to drive results
- Solid understanding of databases, system infrastructure, and architecture, and a proven ability to trap technical details
- Strong ability to work with data solutions that require a consultative approach
- Must be a magnetic presenter with clear communication skills both in person and over video/phone call
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and individually
- Be able and willing to travel to meet with clients ~25% of the time
- Strong ability to build customer presentations and assets that highlight results and opportunities
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal), follow-through, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- High data/analytics competency
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Industry CRM, and DMS applications
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and G-suite applications
Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states: OR, WA, MO, AZ, MN, KY, MA, MD, CO, NV, PA, FL, SD, ID, TX, IN, OH, TN, IA, MI.
Travel: 25% travel in the field, including overnight travel

Salary Range: $90k-120k base, plus performance pay
