Responsibilities

The Position


The Account Executive is responsible for driving new revenue for Foureyes, working as part of a cross-functional team to create new opportunities and foster existing relationships within their automotive book of business. The AE is focused on both new customer acquisition and partnering with the CSM Team to upsell and expand existing relationships. You will report directly to the Manager, Dealership Sales while working very closely with CS, Onboarding, and Marketing to build a strong pipeline and close new business to meet and exceed your quota and team goals.


Responsibilities

You are responsible for pitching, closing, and developing potential clients to hit individual revenue targets.

  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Achieve a new business sales quota in the assigned territory through prospecting and closing new accounts
  • Continually build a strong pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Prospect within your territory by developing relevant and compelling email cadences and maintaining a consistent and high volume of outbound calls to schedule demos
  • Become an expert on Foureyes products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
  • Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders from the account in a fast-paced, high-volume sales cycle
  • Work in a team-selling environment with your assigned cross-functional “squad” to apply appropriate resources to opportunities
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Bring your unique way of thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, culture, and vision for the future
  • Partner with the Customer Success Team, as needed, to retain and grow customer relationships

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • You have proven sales success working for a SaaS company
  • You are a high performer who consistently hits quota but have a relentless drive to outdo yourself
  • You have strong business acumen and know how to connect with directors, managers, and executives
  • You are skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes
  • You have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
  • You have proven experience in developing new business, achieving bookings goals, and managing personal sales strategies
  • You are a team player who will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment
  • You are a highly motivated and results-driven self-starter
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility for successes and failures


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent job experience required
  • Minimum one year of selling and prospecting experience; SaaS experience preferred
  • Automotive industry experience - a huge plus
  • Proficiency using a CRM (Salesforce a plus)


Travel: 10% travel in the field, including overnight travel

Compensation: $65k - $75k base salary, plus performance pay
