Responsibilities
The Position
As the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you play a critical role in both maintaining and growing our most strategic relationships and networks. You will work closely with the Marketing, CSM and Dealership Sales teams to ensure an aligned approach to increasing group saturation quarter over quarter. You are an expert in the auto industry, especially when it comes to the needs of a group and dealership, and work to expand your knowledge. You will build relationships with your customers in your book of business and facilitate adoption of Foureyes products from each of your clients.
Customer success:
Goal: Maintain love love status and retain accounts
- Visit 10+ dealers per month (expected travel 25-30%) to provide support and training while impressing the value that Foureyes is providing
- Maintain contact with all customers in your book of business
- Build and manage success plans within assigned book of business
- Mitigate relationship risks quickly, working cross-functionally as needed
- Lead Strategic and Executive Business Review Meetings with account stakeholders on a cadence agreed with each customer
- Execute the FourEyes Account Communication Plan with your clients
- Manage to appropriate KPIs including: Churn, Upsells, Cross-Sells, and key communication metrics
- Serve as the voice of the customer for key accounts and partner with Product to help inform the product roadmap
- Identify and execute on opportunities to improve product adoption and facilitate training and communication to drive engagement with reporting
- Facilitate internal meetings to ensure alignment of the account strategy, including Dealership CSM and Sales team members as needed
- Log all activities in Salesforce in a timely manner and ensure account and contact record hygiene is maintained
Growth:
Goal: Increase Group adoption and connection saturation
- Increase group saturation for named group accounts by building relationships and creating opportunities for the Dealership Sales Team
- Develop and document account strategies within assigned book of business
- Identify and document the group structure, key contacts and opportunity for each account within book of business
- Attend scheduled industry events to create new relationships with auto group executives
- Facilitate internal meetings to agree and drive alignment around group prospecting strategies including stakeholders from the Marketing, CSM and Dealership Sales teams
- Identify event opportunities and support strategy and planning to ensure successful outcomes
- Create opportunities for group contact advocacy and drive communication and strategy planning (including potential leading Foureyes dealership webinars to drive interest and facilitate 1:1 product demos)

Education and Experience:
- At least five years of related experience in customer success, business development, sales, or partnership management role
- At least three years of experience working in the automotive industry
- SaaS experience is strongly preferred
Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states. AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, KY, MA, MI, MD, MN, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, and WA
Travel: Visit 10+ dealers per month (expected travel 25-30%)
