Foureyes® is a category-creating software company that uses a unique dataset to help businesses track, protect, engage, and sell better. (See more at foureyes.io.) Already rapidly-growing, Foureyes is continuing to dominate as evidenced by exponential growth and winning awards from the 2020 Company of the Year from Technology Association of Oregon to Most Innovative Solution of 2020 from DrivingSales. We are currently looking to add a Technical Product Coordinator to the team.
Curious? Sounds like you’d fit right in. We want to hire smart people who like to work, love a challenge, and want to be a part of something special. As many business owners can attest, the digital age has dramatically changed customer expectations and the role of sales. Foureyes supports smarter sales and marketing with technology built on our patented sales intelligence platform, Foureyes®.
This Product Coordinator will work as part of the Data Collection Team on projects and tasks through all phases of the software development life cycle to ensure the overall health, stability, and growth of our platform.
You are responsible for task and project management of Foureyes platform initiatives in support of the Product Manager. This includes, but is not limited to:
Working with developers during all phases of a project to ensure completion on time and in accordance with business goals
Helping to maintain a high level product roadmap and task level details (including creating and managing JIRA tickets)
Quality assurance testing
Debugging an issue
Facilitating the gathering of requirements and user stories
Monitoring error reports and resolving issues that don’t need to be escalated to a developer
Acting as a subject matter expert on Foureyes data collection systems
As a Product Coordinator, you should be able to take the high level prioritization input and processes outlined by the Product Manager and manage down to the task level without a high degree of supervision
Experience working within a software engineering team (or similar technical team) and comfort communicating with developers (you aren’t a developer yourself, but you understand enough to have productive conversations to solve problems and move projects forward)
Experience working with large data sets
Analytical problem solving
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail (you spot the error or data discrepancy that most people miss)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
1-2 years experience in related role
Health, dental, vision, 401K-matching, generous PTO, commuter & cell phone benefits, Employee Assistance Program, paid family leave, life insurance, & pet insurance

An awesome job that can grow with you
A team environment with no egos or politics
A creative, fast-paced environment with no shortage of fun
