Senior Director of Human Resources

Adpearance & Foureyes is seeking to add a Senior Director of Human Resources to its Leadership team. In this role you'll provide solutions and advocacy to employees, managers, and senior leaders. You'll execute and deliver key HR programs, practices and policies to the business, managers, and employees. You’ll provide strategic consultation and coaching to Executive/Corporate leaders on organizational issues that contribute to growth of the business and the team.

Required Qualifications

You are our ideal Director of Human Resources if:

  • You have 5+ years of relevant HR and Recruiting management or director level experience.
  • You earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field.
  • You thrive working in a tech start-up environment. The idea of working for a fast-paced, growing company excites you!
  • You have managed a team of HR professionals and have owned HR functions.
  • You have a strong track record of managing corporate initiatives and helping foster an open and inclusive company culture.
  • You have proven experience optimizing HR systems and processes based on the changing needs of an organization.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of employment law, benefits, and HRIS management.
  • You have experience working for a fast growing company, ideally in the tech space.

  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills - you are the key trusted advisor to stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions/actions that lead to results.
