The Position

As a Product Coordinator, you will be working with the Product Manager on a variety of tasks and projects through all phases of the software development life cycle in support of the effective building and release of product features. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Managing projects to ensure on-time completion, quality of work and in accordance with business goals
  • Working with designers and developers during all phases of a project
  • Helping maintain a high level product roadmap and task level details (including creating and managing JIRA tickets)
  • Facilitating gathering requirements and user stories
  • Quality assurance testing
  • Working with support and developers to debug issues
  • Documenting requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Investigating new features and product/feature opportunities
  • Partnering with designers to execute user research studies
  • Synthesizing feedback from internal stakeholders, app users, and market research to inform user experience optimization
  • As a Product Coordinator, you should be able to take the high level prioritization input and processes outlined by the Product Manager and manage down to the task level without a high degree of supervision.

  • You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and have the ability to rapidly learn and adapt to changing priorities and systems
  • You are adept at analytical problem solving: you have experience interpreting and deriving conclusions from large data sets
  • You are known for your attention to detail (you spot the error or data discrepancy that most people miss)
  • You are a quick learner
  • You are highly organized and have excellent project management skills
  • Bonus if you have experience working at a software company.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • 1-2 years experience in related role
