Foureyes® is a rapidly-growing software company based in Portland, Oregon. We’re on track to become the leading sales intelligence platform, and we need great people to get there. We are currently looking to add a Lead Generation Manager to the marketing team.

Based on your experience, you know that there are no silver bullets in sales. It’s an interconnected process that requires sales, marketing, and product to move in harmony with their audience. That’s the problem Foureyes chases every day for our customers, building software that helps them close more deals. And it’s the problem that the Lead Gen Manager will chase, day-in and day-out. While you’ll sit on marketing, you’ll feel like an invaluable member of the sales teams.
The internal marketing department is a scrappy bunch dedicated to doing good work that achieves results and celebrating successes together. We support both Foureyes and our sister company, Adpearance. Your work will benefit both companies.
As the Lead Gen Manager you will be responsible for generating leads for the sales team. To accomplish this, you’ll partner closely with sales, design plans, and support the execution with fellow marketing team members. This includes, but is not limited to:
Partnering: You’ll work closely with members of both Foureyes and Adpearance sales teams and sales operations. You’ll understand their processes, challenges, and opportunities deeply and work together towards the common goal. You’ll also partner with your demand gen counterpart to ensure that the larger marketing ecosystem supports your needs.
Planning: You’ll take approved corporate strategies and goals and turn them into execution plans on a scheduled cadence. Email. Websites. Landing pages. Forms. Campaign designs. Advertising. Calls to action. The world is your oyster.
Executing: You’ll be responsible for outlining and writing much of the work defined in your plan. Your execution work will be bolstered by our email automation and design team members.
Testing: Your drive for improved performance will naturally lead you to testing and your plans will incorporate ideas and strategies to get better results.
Reporting: You’ll be responsible to create clear reports that show performance at a big picture level, as well as telling stories about what the numbers show, why they matter, and what you’re going to do about it.
Managing projects to ensure on-time completion, quality of work and in accordance with business goals.
You are an ideal candidate if...
You have a demonstrated track record of developing building, evolving, and maintaining lead generation systems.
You have strong communication skills. You are comfortable and clear talking with people at all levels. You love to write and do it in compelling ways.

5+ years experience in related role
Marketing automation, data, CMS, and analytics comfort with preference for Pardot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Craft
